The St. John Metropolitan Board of Police Commissioners was created by statute and established to oversee St. John Police Department operations, including hiring, firing, promoting or demoting of Police personnel. The Commission holds it's regular meeting on the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 P.M. If a Study Session is required it is held at the 6:00 time period and the regular meeting is held at it's conclusion.
