Title: Director of Operations

 Dear Residents,

Welcome to the Department of Public Works new web site. This site is intended to highlight the services our department provides and more importantly, help you communicate with us more efficiently. We pride ourselves on providing quality service and strive to be responsive to your requests.

The Public Works Department is committed to the continuous improvement of the community through a variety of on going maintenance programs as well as the implementation of large-scale capital improvement projects. The key to  successful and responsible growth is to plan and prepare for the future now. Under the direction of the Town Council, several capital improvement projects are about to begin that are being funded mostly by the private sector. A sample of these projects includes the construction of a new 1,000,000 gallon water tower, construction of a new water treatment facility and public well, and the installation of a two mile 36" sanitary sewer transmission main. Other Town funded projects currently being planned are the expansion of 93rd Avenue from Keilman Street to Olcott Avenue, a major town wide street resurfacing project, and the expansion of the decorative street lighting program.

Investing in our community will ensure the Town continues to grow in a responsive and responsible manner for many years to come. I have enjoyed the past eight years serving as your Director Of Operations and look forward to the future. Please do not hesitate to contact me or a member of my staff if we can be of any further assistance to you.
