Medical Alert Vials

The SJFD "Medical Alert" Vials contain a questionnaire for vital medical information that you complete. The questionnaire goes into the Vial and is stored in your refrigerator door. Authorized EMS personnel will use this information in emergency situations.

These complementary kits are available at the Clerk's Office and the Fire Station.

A New Residents Package is available in the Clerk's Office at the
Mununcipal Building located at 10955 W. 93rd Ave. 219-365-4800
It includes:

A Chamber of Commerce Map of St. John
A pamphlet from the Chamber of Commerce
A list of all Boards and Commission Members
Details of Sprinkling Rates, Garbage and Recycling, Snow Routes, Pet Licenses and other pertinent information.
Water deposits must be made prior to moving into your residence, deposits are made in the Clerk's Office.
