CO-ED SUMMER VOLLEYBALL REGISTRATION

Register for this year’s summer volleyball league via mail by filling in this registration form or in person at the Clerk Treasurers Office during regular office hours; or at the Parks and Recreation Office at 9350 Hack Street, Bldg. #2 on Saturdays April 2 & 9 from 10:30am to noon.

Registration must be completed by April 22.

NO LATE REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED!

LITTLE DRAGONS AND KARATE PROGRAM

Sensei Roger Jerome (9th Degree Black Belt) and Dotty Jerome (7th Degree Black Belt) have developed the Wado-Ki style of Karate for all ages to learn, master and enjoy. Improve your coordination, discipline and self-assurance while staying fit and strong. This is a year long program in 8 week sessions.

Little Dragons Program (4, 5, and 6 year olds)

Wado-Ki Karate will provide your child with basic techniques and escapes while developing self-confidence, focus, attention span, discipline, coordination and flexibility. Students are seperated after stretching according to their rank. This is a year-round prgram. Uniforms and rank certification are available from the instructor for an additional fee. This program gets the student ready to progress to the youth program. Fee is per 8 week session.

Karate (ages 6 thru adult)

As with the Little Dragons pre-Karate, this program places an emplasis on proper attitude, discipline, self-confidence, coordination and flexibility. Students are seperated after stretching according to their rank. Uniforms and rank certification are available from the instructor for an additional fee. This year-round program is designed to take the students all the way to black belt and is a multi-generational program. (It is centered on family participation.) Fee is per 8 week session.

First class starts on Tuesday January 18 and is every Tuesday through March 8.
