National Night OutNational Night Out (NNO), America’s Night Out Against Crime TUESDAY, AUGUST 3 7PM-9PM CIVIC PARK (MAP)  On August 3, 2010, the St. John Police Department, along with the St. John Town Council, will host a “National Night Out Against Crime Event” at Civic Park located at 9400 Civic Drive in St. John. There will be refreshments for all, activities for children, and local vendor booths. Police and Fire emergency vehicles will be on display. National Night Out is a program designed to heighten awareness of Crime Prevention. Events like National Night Out strengthen community spirit and give a better understanding to community – police partnerships. On the evening of August 3rdh, all St. John residents are encouraged to turn on their outside lights, lock their doors and plan to spend the evening at Civic Park.
